Every care is taken to provide high quality designs, but please understand that the final responsibility for the accuracy of all artwork rests with the client. Once a print has been purchased and released to the client, it is the clients best interest to check over all artwork. In the case where there maybe an error on the final file (including but not limited to; design, spelling, grammar, illustrations, images and quantity) which were not identified prior to artwork approval - it is solely the client’s responsibility. Please check the artworks thoroughly as my liability is limited to corrections only as indicated during the design and review process prior to the client’s artwork approval.

After you place an order we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order, a tax invoice and a link to download your digital design.

Whilst we try to display the colours of the Designs accurately on the site, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the Designs contained in the high resolutions files. We highly recommend picking pantones to provide to all supplies.

Concepts are ideas, rather than artistic works, and therefore may not attract copyright protection. When you commission concepts from a designer, you are paying for their time and expertise, but you have not bought the drawings, or concept boards they have put together for you. Unless there has been some form of licence, you do not have the right to take or use the designs.

Copyright is the term used to describe the personal right of the copyright owner to publish and reproduce their own original artistic work. It is in the ‘design’ itself that copyright subsists. To attract copyright protection the work must be original. Originality doesn’t mean the work must have artistic merit, or have received critical acclaim. Copyright is not concerned with an original idea, but rather an original expression of thought. For example, the work might come from a common source of knowledge but show originality in compilation.
