Three Leopold
Three Leopold is an ode to the yesteryears of Australian beach shack culture. It is the nostalgia of long days spent in the sun, faded beach towels hanging on the veranda, sandy floorboards, sunkissed skin and new nose freckles, the sweet smell of frangipani and overripe mango in the humid morning air, the chorus sound of cicadas. Inspired by our family beach shack my grandfather built with his hands in the 60's, Three Leopold is a nod to simpler times - when life felt less complicated, less crowded, and more slower, lighter and beautifully carefree.
The Freddie Marine print
The Freddie Marine print captures the quiet beauty of Australia’s coastline. Inspired by the weathered rock fishing signs that stand guard along the cliffs, it is delicately reinterpreted with watercolour illustrations of native saltwater fish. More than a motif, it is an ode to our natural world and the effortless beauty of our shorelines.
Testimonial
"Working with Sydney has been such a defining part of building Three Leopold. From the very beginning, she understood that this brand isn’t just about swimwear - but it's about memory, nostalgia and the slow, sun-drenched feeling that is unique to Australian summers.
I shared a Sydney-inspired mood board and a detailed brief, and she intuitively grasped not just the visual direction, but the emotion behind it. What she created felt completely aligned - thoughtful, refined and deeply considered. And remarkedly, without any revisions.
As a founder, you hold your vision very closely. To collaborate with someone who can translate that vision so effortlessly, and elevate it, is incredibly special.
Her talent, attention to detail and ability to bring story into design has been invaluable to Three Leopold. I’m so grateful for the role she’s played in shaping the foundation of our brand. I can't wait to work with Sydney on our next creative brief".
